The goal of residential supports is to provide each individual with a living arrangement that maximizes their independence and quality of life and supports them in pursuing their personal fulfillment. We support people with all levels of disability with the focus of creating an environment that is home and not merely a place to live. A partnership between parents, families, loved ones and Wildwood ensures that there is ongoing communication, understanding and response to concerns and needs.

These residences are home to groups of  people  depending on the individual needs of each person and the size of the residence. They function very much like home and include individual bedrooms, shared cooking and cleaning, transportation for personal tasks and recreation. People are matched by need, personality and availability.

In-Home Supports staff help people live independently in houses, apartment units, and apartment buildings. People live independent lives with some assistance including regular staff visitation and 24-hour access to staff.

Mosaic Village is a unique apartment complex program that assists individuals who are in emerging need and/or homelessness who are in need of a stable housing option. Mosaic Village is located in Cohoes, NY and we provide apartments to 14 individuals. At Mosaic Village various community services are available to the residents in learning healthy nutrition, financial, and other life skills towards maintaining independent living.
